All-Star Competition

At Long Island Cheer, we provide the best training for all things cheerleading. To help celebrate that, we house our very own travel team program.
Our All-Star program consists of several tiers depending on interest and commitment levels.

Our teams train year-round and compete at the highest level of cheerleading all over the country. All-Star is not only about training, it's about character growth, leadership, and discipline.

Our Programs

Elite

Elite All-Star Cheer is the most competitive program we provide. Elite teams will train year round, 2-3 days a week and attend several National competitions all over the country. Commitment level is the highest regarding traveling, practices, and length of season.

Prep

Prep All-Star Cheer is the next most competitive program we provide. Prep teams will start in the Fall and end in the Spring. Prep teams train 2 days a week and attend several smaller and 1 larger end of season competition. Commitment level is high but with less travel and expenses and a shorter season than Elite.

Novice

Novice All-Star Cheer is our beginners program for those who are interested in trying out cheer for the first time and usually at younger ages. Our novice category is usually (but not limited to) the Tiny Level (ages 5-6). Committment is lower as there are no judged competitions. Novice will attend showcase events, or exhibitions at local events or our home facility.

All Abilities

The All-Abilities All-Star Cheer Program is perfect for those who may have physical limitations. Whether you have low muscle tone, or coordination challenges, this team is for you. This team practices year round (weekly during the school year and biweekly over the summer.) All ages and abilities are welcome. All Abilities will attend showcase events or local competitions/exhibitions
