
Mommy & Me/Grandma & Me:
We are currently not offering this class. If you have a group of 4 or more please call and we will be happy to schedule an instructor on the time and day you are available. Divided into 2 age groups (9-18 months and 18months-3
yrs), these classes are designed to be both physically
and mentally stimulating for both the adult and
infant/toddler students. Combining calisthenics,
stretching, pilates movements, aerobics and motor
skill/coordination activities, the time spent during
these classes is a great source of exercise and
development---don’t forget that they’re
also the perfect bonding session for you and your
little one!!!
Intro to Cheer :
These sessions are designed to be all inclusive
cheerleading classes where students are taught the
skills necessary for success in this sport. Areas
covered include tumbling, stunting, jumps, dance,
cheer, motion technique and teamwork.
Youth Tumble:
Fundamental gymnastics skills are taught so that
these cheerleaders have a solid basis on which to
further their tumbling abilities. Forward rolls,
cartwheels, round-offs and back handsprings are
covered in this evenly paced class.
Beginner Tumble:
In this class, fundamental gymnastics skills (including
forward rolls, handstands, cartwheels, round-offs
and back handsprings) are introduced. Proper technique
and execution of these skills is stressed.
Intermediate Tumble:
A step up from the beginner level, this class is
designed to help students perfect the execution
of both their running and standing back handsprings
as well as progressing to multiple back handspring
skills, front handsprings, and back tucks. ***Standing
bhs and round-off bhs required.
Advanced Tumble:
This class is designed for students to work on more
intricate tumbling passes including multiple back
handsprings into tucks, layouts and other advanced
skills. *** A back tuck, either standing or running,
is required.
Elite Tumble:
Intended for very experienced tumblers, this class
works on full twisting layouts, front tuck step
outs and other elite level gymnastics skills in
the areas of both standing and running tumbling.
*** Layout and instructor permission required.
Back handspring (aka BHS):
This class is devoted to perfecting the standing
back handspring. Different approaches and flawless
technique are drilled, and conditioning to support
that training is involved.

SCHOOL & YOUTH ORGANIZATION INFORMATION |
One on one lessons, which tend
to be the most effective way to improve your skills,
are offered with any of our qualified instructors.
Private and semi-private (2 or more) lessons are
available for all ability levels. Typical costs
for half an hour lessons are $25-$45. Rates vary
based upon number of students and the specific instructor. We specialize in personized camps for High Schools, Youth Organizations & College teams. Call for more information on a personalized camp for your team!
